Supports budget development, financial reporting, and fiscal accountability to ensure responsible stewardship of chapter funds and long-term financial sustainability. The committee promotes transparency and sound financial management by monitoring expenditures, supporting strategic planning, and providing financial recommendations that strengthen the overall operations of CSU-PAC.

Develops fundraising initiatives and sponsorship opportunities to support scholarships, chapter programming, and organizational growth. The committee also cultivates partnerships with businesses, organizations, and supporters to strengthen CSU -PAC’s financial resources and community impact while collaborating with other committees to provide support, guidance, and fundraising input for programs, events, and chapter initiatives.

Facilitates fair, transparent, and orderly elections in accordance with the chapter bylaws and established procedures. The committee also helps identify, encourage, and support qualified members for leadership and service opportunities within CSU-PAC.

Plans, coordinates, and executes meetings, social gatherings, programs, fundraisers, and special events designed to promote fellowship, alumni engagement, chapter visibility, and community involvement. The committee strives to create meaningful, organized, and memorable experiences that reflect the spirit, pride, mission, and traditions of CSU-PAC while encouraging member participation, strengthening alumni connections, and supporting the overall growth and energy of the chapter.

Promotes civic engagement, community service, and initiatives that positively impact the university and surrounding communities. The committee also encourages members to participate in advocacy efforts that reflect the values, mission, and legacy of Central State University while educating members on local, state, and national issues, public policies, and community concerns that affect our alumni, students, and surrounding communities, and fostering meaningful community partnerships that support positive social impact and engagement.

Maintains and reviews the chapter’s governing documents to ensure alignment with the CSU National Alumni Association (NAA) standards and effective chapter operations. The committee also provides guidance on governance matters, parliamentary procedure, and proposed bylaw amendments when necessary.

Promotes academic excellence and lifelong learning through scholarships, mentorship, educational outreach, and student support initiatives that uplift current and future Marauders. The committee also works to strengthen meaningful connections between CSU-PAC, students, alumni, and the university community by supporting educational engagement, leadership development, college readiness, mentorship opportunities, scholarship-focused chapter events, and service initiatives that positively impact student success and advancement.

Fosters a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere by promoting fellowship, member engagement, and hospitality throughout the chapter. The committee also assists with member recognition, special acknowledgements, outreach efforts, and activities that strengthen relationships and enhance the overall experience within the CSU-PAC family. Additionally, the committee is responsible for rendering appropriate courtesies and manifestations of concern, including celebrations, wellness outreach, condolences, and other expressions of support to active Atlanta Chapter members.
